Responsibilities
1. Architecting small to medium sized solutions.
2. Create high-level and low-level design documents.
3. Provide technical leadership to the development team.
4. Actively participating in pre-sales activities working with the business development team.
5. Being able to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Conduct technical interviews

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements
1. Asp.net 4, C# 3.0 or later.
2. Knowledge and experience of architecting solutions in at least one of thefollowing technical areas:
a. Web applications using ASP.NET 4, (web forms or MVC),AJAX and XAML (either within WPF or
Silverlight). Knowledge of Windows Azurewould be desirable.
b. Application design using design patterns
c. Data programmability using either ADO.NET EntityFramework 3.5, or NHibernate. SQL Server
2008 development experience isessential.
d. Used Jquery in projects
3. Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following:
a. Application security.
b. Model Driven Development.
4. Desirable skills
a. MVC
b. WCF
c. Windows Azure
d. Silverlight 4
e. Sharepoint
f.Non-microsoft solutions framework – J2EE
Experience – Overall 6 -7yrs and atleast worked 1-2 years as hard core Techlead using microsoft technologies.
